Peach and Sage Rosé Sangria | In a pitcher combine diced peaches, rosé, a few splashes of cognac and sage simple syrup. Stir to combine and refrigerate for at least eight hours. Serve chilled with or whiteout ice. P.S. For sage simple syrup heat water, sugar and a large bundle of sage leaves on the stove top.
