Roasted Cauliflower. Roasted Broccoli. Roasted onion. Used General Tso's cauliflower recipe from PureWow only substituted smoked brown sugar for sugar. Added candied orange for zap. Added chili garlic paste in place of chilies. Used GF soy sauce. So a little lighter and did not fry my veggies. Just a few modifications. Served with brown rice couscous and toasted cashews. Sauce was great. Good was finger lickin yummy!!:) just satin'!
