Layered hummus dip is the perfect dish to share at your next BBQ! Spread hummus in a shallow serving dish. You can make your own if you have time (I love Ottolenghi's recipe) or cheat and use a good store bought one. Add a think layer of Greek yogurt. Top with diced red peppers, cucumber, red onion, lots of feta, olives (preferably kalamata) and oregano. Serve with pita and crudites.
