Mosakhan rolls (chicken with onions & sumac)
You need: 1 whole chicken, cinnamon, cardamom, allspice, onions, olive oil, sumac, salt & pepper, bread wraps
To make: boil chicken in a pot with an onion, cinnamon, cardamom, allspice, s&p. Once done, remove the chicken and shred (you can keep the stock and use it for soup etc). Cut 4 onions into strips, sauté in a pan with olive oil until very soft, add 3 tbsp of sumac and then the chicken with s&p. Cut the bread wraps into triangles and roll up with the mixture. Preheat oven to 180C, put the rolls on a pan with a little olive oil until golden & enjoy!
