Chicken Shawarma salad! I used the NY Times' excellent oven-roasted shawarma recipe (link below), adding a diced red pepper. Whisked together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, EVOO, and a pinch of salt and dressed chopped romaine. Piled the shawarma atop, and hit it with a handful of chopped parsley.
