Spinach tofu cream with lots of nuts?
1/2 tofu bar
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup cooked quinoa
1 handful of spinach
2 celery sticks
Put in the blender the tofu and milks.
Cook celery and spinach with olive oil until soft.
Add them in the blender and mix.
Heat until warm, add quinoa and chopped nuts!
