Seared scallops 1-2 minutes each side. Cooked quinoa. Garlic lemon butter sauce. After searing scallops in olive oil, take out of the pan and add garlic sauté for a minute. Add half a lemons juice, then a few tablespoons of butter and pour over scallops and quinoa. Garnish with some fresh parsley. All seasoned with salt and pepper to taste.
