My potato salad!
5 lbs potatoes, quartered and cooked
12 hard boiled eggs, quartered
2 C. mayo
1/2 sweet onion, diced
5 dill pickles, diced
1 tsp. dry dill
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. dry chives
1/2 tsp. onion powder
S & P
Once the potatoes are cooked and drained, toss them with the mayo while still warm, the flavors will absorb into the potato. Mix the quartered egg last, otherwise they get completely broken up.
