Avocado- chocolate tart!
Crust: in a food processor pulse almonds and walnuts. Then fold in honey, pinch salt, melted coconut oil, and vanilla. Press crust onto a tart pan and refrigerate or freeze until it sets.
Filling: avocado, cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, honey, coconut cream, vanilla, pinch salt. While crust is setting; combine all filling ingredients until smooth & silky. Once crust sets, spread filling and refrigerate several hours or overnight. I like serving with fresh organic berries.
