Warm cream and milk with honey and then steep chamomile. Strain, then heat again and temper egg yolks and warm until thick. Refrigerate and then put through ice cream freezer. Use the whites from the yolks to whip with cream of tartar and brown sugar. Bake at 200 for an hour or two. Add a sugar cone for effect. (It tastes great, too!)
