Summer gnocchi! While your water is boiling, Throw a pat of butter and a little olive oil in a pan, then cook down some mushrooms. Add the kernels of a couple corns of cob and some scallion whites, and then toss in your cooked gnocchi with a little of its water. Douse with scallion greens and grated parm. Yay.
