Sri Lankan prawn curry, So simple but so good.
Chop 1 tomato, half a red onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 hot chile and sauté in some oil, add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp of chile powder, 1/2 curry powder, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper, pour in 1 cup of coconut cream and prawns and cook on a high heat for 3 mins and serve with boiled rice.

Hi Millie, it's a heavy steel pot they use in Sri Lanka, what's great about it is everything goes into this curry at the same time, cooks for a few mins and then is served in the pot at the table, I'll post some others like this soon.
