Pan fry a few slivers of garlic, scallion whites, and ginger in oil, and then add some vegetables like chopped up asparagus. Cook up some soba noodles, and then dump them in along with about 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and mirin. Cover with scallion greens and sesame seeds, and voila.
