The results of my previous post ;) Grilled harissa spatchcock chicken. Through groans of pleasure, my husband and I agree this is the juiciest bird we may have ever had. Served with fantastic grilled pineapple, butternut squash, garlic scapes, and spring onions. How long do you grill it for?

Indirect heat, back-side down, to 130 degrees or so, then turned top-down near or over coals for last 15-20 degrees (to 160/65 ultimately). It was a gusty eve, so, bad for grilling - this could go 30-45mins depending on conditions. Worth every moment!!
