Chinese eggplant, long bean, super firm tofu, fermented black bean paste, chile paste, tamari, garlic, ginger, thinly sliced Fresno pepper. Heat wok until smoking. Add grape seed oil, garlic, eggplant and cook until eggplant is soft. Add mix of fermented black bean and chile paste, ginger, tamari mix. Add long bean (or green bean). Add tofu and fresno pepper once all ingredients have come together.
