1 cup of water
1/2 cup of oats
1/3 cup of blueberries
1/2 banana
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
Sweeteners to taste:
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
maple syrup (optional)
Bring the water to a full boil and add the oats.  Begin stirring and add half of the blueberries.  Continue stirring and add one egg white, cinnamon and the brown sugar.  Remove from heat and add the remaining blueberries and sliced banana.  Top with a drop of maple syrup and drizzle with honey.
