Dry Ingredients:
Cornbread Mix
Baking Soda
Baking Powder

Wet Ingredients:

Pre Heat Oven to 425

Put 1/3 cup of crisco in a cast iron skillet or regular 9"X 9" baking place in oven until melted.

Grab a glass measuring bowl to that add your ingredients. 2 cups of Cornbread Mix, 1 cup of Flour, 1/8 cup of sugar, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of baking soda, 1/4 tsp of baking powder. Then add your wet ingredients 1/2 cup of buttermilk (add more buttermilk if needed) and 2 eggs. Then combine until it's a consistency of pancake batter.

Then take your pan of melted crisco and add to your cornbread mix then mix together. Side Note once you add the melted crisco you can not add anything else. So adjust ingredients before hand.

Pour cornbread mix back to your cast iron/pan. Place in oven for 30 minutes or until brown.

When done let cool for five minutes then cut and enjoy. Recommended eating with butter.
