About a T of brown miso, soft tofu, and a cup of vegetable stock or water in a blender until smooth. Sauté onion, garlic and about a pint of sliced cremini and other mushrooms of your choice with olive oil. Add half of the sautéed mushroom to the blender and pulse to create the cream sauce. Add the mushroom 'cream' sauce to the remaining mushrooms with thyme and tamari over low heat. Serve over pasta with pepper and parsley. Vegan and gluten free (depending on pasta)
