Easy summer pasta. While pasta cooks, warm a bit of cream and chop a few ripe tomatoes. Remove cream from heat, stir in grated Parmesan and a dollop or two of pesto sauce. Drain pasta, add tomatoes, pour over pesto-cream sauce, top with additional cheese and enjoy!

Ruthie, I think I used about 1/4 - 1/3 c - I was only making 2 servings and totally eyeballed it. Basically it was just enough to meld with the cheese and coat the pasta. ?

Looks so yummy! When you say a bit of cream, what amount is that?
