My toddler wanted steak tonight, so I pulled the chuck out of the water bath a little early. Sous vide chuck steak (20h @ 58C, needed a little more time), mashed potatoes with parmesan, sour cream, heavy cream, and some truffle butter.

Figured I'd post his plating for fun. (We got a couple of slices with some truffle butter on top.)
