Cous cous:
Chop red peppers and yellow peppers, black olives, feta cheese, coriander, Spring onions, artichoke and pistachios, add to cooked cous cous, mix a teaspoon of ras el hanout spice mix.

Mix 1 teaspoon of Jamaican jerk seasoning with 1 teaspoon olive oil and marinate chicken fillets, smash chicken down to 2cm and fry on high heat until crispy on outside and juicy on inside.
