Last day when im to lazy to cook anything for breakfast. All i did was put a huge spoonful of greek yoghurt on the bowl and put grated orange zest, sliced home-grown mints, and i toast few pieces of almonds in the pan and chopped it to add texture and crunch. Don't forget to drizzle some honey for that sweetness and counter balance the sour from the yoghurt. Luckily, i had a local honey which was packed with citrus flavor so it is superb.
Easiest breakfast for the summer time because it only took like 5-10 minutes to make.
