I am lazy and use store bought pie crust, which I blind bake while prepping its insides: use the oven head to lightly roast some asparagus plus scallions/spring onions. Mix up about half a cup milk with 8oz goat cheese, 3 eggs, and as many fresh herbs as you can stuff in there (I like chives!). Dump your vegetables and dairy filling into crust, bake for 20 or so minutes in a 375 oven. Yay!
