Serious eats sous vide baby back ribs, some slightly over-cooked blanched green beans, and shoestring onions (soak in buttermilk, coat with a mixture of flour and corn meal, and fry.)

Another of our kid's favorites. The onions were requested by Our toddler and are inspired by Pinkies, a local BBQ place that recently closed. I like to run the corn meal in a spice grinder so it isn't too crunchy.
