Basic white sandwich loaf?
Made with flour, butter, sugar, yeast, water, and salt.
Kneaded for 8-10 minutes in a stand mixer then I let it rise for about an hour and a half. After that I punched out the air, rolled the dough into a log shape, and stuck it in a loaf pan to rise for another half hour. I baked it for 15 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit then covered it with foil and let it bake for another 15. Finally i finished it all off with a brush of melted butter.
