Fancy fried eggs are the best breakfasts ?☕️
Blend chickpeas with half the water in their can, tahini, mint, lemon zest & juice, broad beans, salt & pepper, and chives. Use a light hand to add paprika and cumin powder to taste. Dollop over whatever leaves you can get your hands on- I used nasturtium & parsley from my garden!
Top an egg with sesame seeds while it fries- leave that yolk runny!
Best enjoyed with crusty bread, toast, or rye crackers.
