Quick and easy pasta primavera. Fettuccine with charred broccoli and asparagus, roast the vegetables at 375 drizzled with olive oil, the pasta is cooked almost al dente in water and finished in skillet with olive oil, garlic and a splash of chicken stock. After pasta is done, remove and throw some tomatoes in the pan I used cherry tomatoes cut in half add a little butter and some parsley, barely cook it pour over the pasta give it a generous grating of Pecorino Romano and serve with the broccoli and asparagus.
