Omelette with green onions, cherry tomatoes and cheese
-4 eggs, whisked and season with pepper n salt
-handful of sliced green onions
-10 cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
-2 tbsp grated cheese
-bacon fats from frying bacon
Fry green onions and tomatoes in bacon fats
Add in eggs.
Cook over low heat.
Fold once bottom has cooked nicely
Served with bacon and toast!
