Didn't have much in the fridge and was lazy. Quick and easy prawn and avo... Heat butter and Olive oil in a wok.
Add garlic, sriacha spice and prawns.
Throw in some chili flakes and more butter if need be.
Cook on high heat for 3-5 minutes.
Chop up an avocado, dress with lemon salt and pepper.
Throw all on a plate. Add more lemon and some coriander and enjoy!
