Chelsea's vegan ice cream is simple to make, with just four ingredients. Whisk together 2 cups full-fat coconut milk, 1/2 cup turbinado sugar, the insides of one vanilla bean. Churn in an ice cream machine, adding chocolate chunks for the last few rotations. Freeze till firm, then scoop! (Pssst: this is a clever hands-free way to take a picture of an ice cream cone.)
