Warm Kale & Rotisserie Chicken Salad
Sautéed garlic for 2-3 min and add kale. Cool slightly to soften- 3-4 minutes on med-low.
Mix radish, sliced cherry tomatoes and basil with this vinaigrette- 2 tsp olive oil, dash of cumin, salt/pepper + 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar + little sugar if desired. Add rotisserie chicken and toss!
