Brussels Sprouts+ Chicken Salad
Sauté onions for 4-5 min until soft, add chopped chicken thighs and 21 seasonings from trader joes. Move to a dish. Meanwhile, slice Brussels sprouts in half, add sauté with garlic for about 5 min, throw some sliced tomatoes in there then put the lid on for 2-3 min and mix with onions and chicken. Season with salt & pepper.
