Scrambled Eggs with Kale & Tomatoes
Cook kale and sliced grape tomatoes for 2-3 min with olive oil. Move to a plate. Mix eggs with a little bit of milk and cook on pan on medium heat.. Wait for it to cook a bit, scramble with wooden spoon and add a teaspoon of mixed herbs, and salt & pepper. When egg is somewhat cooked add kale & tomatoes back in for a few minutes and plate. Add sliced avocados.
