Delicious Chunky Peruvian Beans!
Soak Peruvian beans overnight, boil for 20 minutes or until soft. Sauté garlic, onions, zucchini & tomatoes, throw in beans with a a cup of the water from boiling, add butter, salt & pepper and your choice of seasoning. I used garlic seasoning. Add some tomato sauce if you have it, blend everything together until semi smooth. Serve as a side.
