Impromptu pasta salad using leftover veggies from the week. Grilled corn, blanched green beans and peas, chopped tomato, farfalle from the pantry, and Bon Appetit's shallot vinaigrette (always in the fridge) with a healthy handful of red pepper for heat. Oh and grated parm for decadence.
