It's chive blossom vinegar season, have you made a batch yet?! Contributing Editor Lindsay-Jean Hard fills a jar 2/3 to 3/4 full with clean, dry blossoms, then covers them with a light-colored vinegar (white, wine wine, etc). Let it steep for up to 2 weeks (taste periodically so you know when the flavor is strong enough for you) then strain out the blossoms and return the vinegar to a clear jar. #edibleflowers
