Just back from a weekend away so I threw together this pasta with tuna and asparagus. While I cooked the fettuccine, I infused a bunch of olive oil with garlic, added sliced asparagus and turned up the heat so it cooked quickly. Off the heat, I folded in good jarred tuna, basil, parsley, capers, red chile flakes, a splash of pasta water, and lime juice. Added the hot pasta and tossed to mix. Topped each bowl with grated Parmesan. #pasta
