You can't make Monday meals any simpler: slice up an avocado, and serve alongside steaming brown rice. For condiments, pour out a healthy portion of sweet chili sauce on the side, then, slosh a healthy serving of low sodium soy sauce in the bowls of each avocado side, and over the rice as well. Sprinkle sesame seeds in a stripe on the side 'cause you're fancy.
