50 little neck clams rinsed and cleaned
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup minced garlic
1/2 fresh chopped parsley
8-10 oz dry unpacked white wine
Fresh ground pepper
Loaf of crusty bread

In a sauté pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic cook for 2 mins. Add clams and white wine. Cover and cook for 6-9 minutes. Shake pan occasionally to even cooking. Uncover add parsley and pepper. Serve immediately with bread.
