Steak + Spinach Quinoa Salad with Bell peppers
Season steak with cumin, salt, pepper and fry on pan, slice into thin slivers. It's better when a little red.
Cook bell peppers, minced garlic until soft and mixed with warm cooked quinoa and spinach. Add cherry tomatoes.

Vinaigrette: 1/2 tsp cumin, half a lemon, 2 tsp olive oil, 21 seasonings from Trader Joes, salt + 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar + sliced scallions
You can hold the ACV, cumin if you don't have any it's still good!
