Left: Bbq sauce, soyrizo, roasted red peppers, onions, Cajun seasoning sprinked all over crust, fontina cheese
Right: olive oil, fontina cheese, dried rosemary and garlic powder sprinkled generously everywhere, onions, roasted red pepper, hard salami, red pepper flakes
Preheat oven with a upside down half sheet jelly roll pan in the oven in the top third of the oven. Make pizza on parchment and then slide parchment on top of pan and bake till bubbly and browned on bottom when lifted with a spatula.
Try to let cool before cutting and burning the roof of your mouth.
