I stole part of this recipe from fellow Food(52) user Heather Marie. This is a london broiled tofu with scalloped potatoes and asparagus. I let the tofu sit under a cast iron skillet about 30 minutes and the marinated the tofu in balsamic vinegar, olive oil, agave, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and rosemary. I cooked the tofu on high heat about 5 minutes each side for a nice crisp. Very yummy!
