homemade labneh. strain natural yoghurt and a pinch of salt through a few layers of cheesecloth (set it over a bowl) for about 18-24 hours or until thick and creamy (make sure to put it in the fridge!). separate the whey from the labneh - then use it in tarts, cakes or simply spread it over toast! you can also use the strained whey in a variety of recipes - like sourdough breads or pancakes!
