When life gives you burrata, you do this for dinner. Heat a thick layer of olive oil in a skillet, sizzle smashed garlic cloves in it for a few minutes, then carefully add a pint of little tomatoes and a pinch of salt. Let them blister and break down while you make toast and find a *rimmed* platter. Dump the hot tomatoes and juices over the cool burrata and serve with toast, 2 spoons.
