These quick beautiful scones are made using flour, butter, milk, sugar, eggs and baking powder.
Rub the butter into the flour and make a well in the centre for the wet ingredients. Mix well.

Tip the contents onto a well floured surface and roll to 2.5 inches thick. Then Use a cutter to achieve the desired shape and size of scone that you wish.

Bake at 230 degrees celsius for 10-12 mins .

Serve with softly whipped cream and raspberries
