Broccoli slaw, Brussels sprout bacon blue cheese fritters, brisket
Broccoli slaw: process 2 stalks broccoli (tough exterior of stem removed), add 1 clove minced garlic… toast roughly chopped almonds, hemp seeds, and sunflower seeds with smoked salt, cayenne, smoked paprika… set aside to cool…melt spoonful bacon grease, add some of the broccoli, black pepper, chili flakes… stir only once so it slightly chars… add to raw broccoli, along with nuts/seeds, 1-2 thinly sliced green onions, 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, ~1/3 cup mayonnaise, 4 drops stevia, 1 tbsp swerve sweetener, splash of water or cream… chill in fridge for 30 min
