Chop kohlrabi, radishes, chives and kale. Mix equal parts oil (I used avocado) and vinegar (I used maple) with one clove garlic finely chopped, a pinch of sea salt and a big scoop of smoked paprika. Mix or blend for a minute. Massage into salad.
