Good things to do this weekend: Soak and boil Gigante beans; cook barley and farro and whatever other grains you've got in vegetable broth (and in the same pot!). Roast your vegetables (broccoli and mushrooms). With all those stocked in the fridge, it's easy to throw together a honking salad with torn cilantro, crumbled ricotta salata, toasted quinoa, lemon juice, and olive oil at any time!
