Pulled pork pizza
Roll out some homemade pizza dough on a pizza peel with cornmeal sprinkled on it. Spread barbecue sauce (I used homemade) on the crust. Top that with warmed pulled pork, red onions and pickled jalapeños (I made the jalapeños too but of course you could use store bought). Place slices of fresh mozzarella on next then drizzle a bit more barbecue sauce over the cheese and sprinkle with parmigiano reggiano. Slide pizza carefully onto a preheated pizza stone and bake for 12-14 minutes at 550 degrees (that's as high I my oven will go). Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
