Artisan Bread in 5 from food 52 site, made with half wheat flour. This is about 750 g of dough; I used the rest to make baguettes. I baked this boule in Toby's marvelous Le Creuset chicken cooker - a heavy pot with a domed lid, no longer available in the US, designed for cooking a whole chicken in the oven, covered, an old school French method. The pot is exactly the size of a roasting chicken.
